The terms that govern our services, payments, scope and deliverables.

1. Agreement
These Terms & Conditions govern the services provided by VG MAGICS. By engaging us or using vgmagics.in, you agree to these terms. Specific project details are set out in the individual proposal or quote we share with you.
2. Services
We offer website design and development, e-commerce, brand and graphic design, motion and video, social media and digital marketing, and domain, email and hosting setup. The exact scope for your project is defined in your proposal.
3. Quotes & scope
Quotes are based on the scope agreed at the time. Work outside that scope may be treated as a change request and quoted separately before we proceed.
4. Payment terms
- Our standard structure is 50% in advance to begin work and 50% on completion, unless agreed otherwise in your proposal.
- Applicable taxes (including GST) are charged in addition to quoted amounts where required.
- Third-party costs such as domains, hosting, paid plugins, themes and ad spend are billed at cost or paid directly by you.
5. Timelines & your responsibilities
Timelines assume content, assets, access and approvals are provided promptly. Delays in providing these may extend the schedule. You confirm you have the right to use any content and materials you supply to us.
6. Revisions
Reasonable revisions within the agreed scope are included. The number of revision rounds, where applicable, is noted in your proposal. Extensive changes beyond scope are quoted separately.
7. Intellectual property
On full payment, ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for you transfers to you. Third-party assets (fonts, stock, plugins, platforms) remain under their own licences. We may feature completed work in our portfolio and marketing unless you request otherwise in writing.
8. Third-party services
Services such as hosting, domains, Shopify and advertising platforms are governed by their own terms. We are not liable for their downtime, pricing changes or policy decisions.
9. Confidentiality
We keep non-public information you share with us confidential and use it only to deliver your project.
10. Warranties & liability
We deliver our work with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
11. Termination
Either party may end an engagement in writing. On termination, you pay for work completed up to that date. Advance amounts already applied to completed or in-progress work are non-refundable (see our Refund & Cancellation policy).
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in India.
